1. Serviceable Locations

We currently deliver orders only to:

  • All Over Tamil Nadu

  • All Over Andhra Pradesh

  • Bengaluru (Bangalore), Karnataka

  • Hyderabad, Telangana

Orders placed for addresses outside these service areas will not be processed.

 

2. Order Processing

  • Orders with 100% advance payment received before 12:00 PM are generally dispatched on the same business day.

  • Orders received after 12:00 PM may be dispatched on the next business day.

  • Processing and dispatch timelines may vary due to festive seasons, public holidays, weather conditions, transportation delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

3. Shipping Charges & Estimated Delivery Time

Tamil Nadu

  • Service Area: All Over Tamil Nadu

  • Minimum Order Value: ₹3,000

  • Freight Charges: Approx. ₹400 per parcel

  • Delivery Time: 3-4 Days

Andhra Pradesh

  • Service Area: All Over Andhra Pradesh

  • Minimum Order Value: ₹3,000

  • Freight Charges: Approx. ₹900 per parcel

  • Delivery Time: Within 7 Days

Karnataka

  • Service Area: Bengaluru (Bangalore) Only

  • Minimum Order Value: ₹3,000

  • Freight Charges: Approx. ₹600 per parcel

  • Delivery Time: Within 7 Days

Telangana

  • Service Area: Hyderabad Only

  • Minimum Order Value: ₹3,000

  • Freight Charges: Approx. ₹900 per parcel

  • Delivery Time: Within 7 Days

 

4. Shipment Information

Once your order has been dispatched, shipment details may be shared via WhatsApp, SMS, email, or phone call, including:

  • Transporter Name

  • LR / Parcel Number

  • Number of Parcels Dispatched

  • Freight Charge Details

 

5. Parcel Collection & Delivery

Door delivery may not be available in all locations due to transportation restrictions, local regulations, or logistics limitations.

Customers may be required to collect their parcels from the transport company's warehouse, booking office, godown, transport hub, or lorry shed after receiving arrival information.

Customers are responsible for collecting shipments promptly after receiving notification from the transporter.

 

6. Delivery Delays

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Government regulations

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Public holidays

  • Festival season congestion

  • Natural disasters

  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Skanda Pyro Mart shall not be liable for delays resulting from such events.

 

7. Non-Delivery Disclaimer

We currently provide delivery services only within:

  • All districts of Tamil Nadu

  • All districts of Andhra Pradesh

  • Bengaluru (Bangalore), Karnataka

  • Hyderabad, Telangana

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered during checkout falls within our serviceable areas.

Orders placed for non-serviceable locations may be cancelled at our sole discretion. Any eligible refund may be subject to deductions for payment gateway charges, processing fees, administrative expenses, or other applicable charges.

Skanda Pyro Mart shall not be responsible for losses, delays, failed deliveries, or cancellations arising from incorrect, incomplete, or non-serviceable shipping addresses.
